Food with flavour from the ground up.

Chinchin Farm is a mixed farming enterprise with a philosophy that begins by looking after the soil and remediating the land. The resulting lush grass and adjoining native forests work in harmony ensuring that everything grown on the farm is enhanced with flavour from the ground up.

 Bees

We manage a healthy apiary of European honeybees that thrive on our farmland, especially when the lavender is in flower.

Combined with our carefully selected Australian native bush food plants, the resulting honey is pure, unadulterated and clean - just like nature intended.

Aussie White Sheep

Our growing flock of Aussie White Sheep helps feed the soil to grow our over 10,000 food-grade lavender plants which in turn, along with the native bushland, nourishes the healthy apiary of honey bees.

Our prime lamb has the lovely soft texture and sweet flavour that Australian White is renowned for.

Lavender

Lavandula Augustifolia is a culinary grade of lavender and ours is so good it’s winning awards both in Australia and internationally!

The AWARD-WINNING oil that we produce is sweeter and less astringent than the lavender that we are used to and we use our lavender in various products that you can taste, touch and smell.

Australian Native Bush Foods

Australian native plants are an important element in adding to the diversity of our landscape so we have introduced a number of species that double as sources of essential oils and flavour infusions for use as tisanes and herbs.
